  • Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £X (or free on orders over £Y).

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £X (available at checkout).

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used candles.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
